The building has 6 new apartments to rent. The standard apartment is a studio of 31sqm completely furnished with modern white design decoration.
The studio apartment main room has a double bed, a sofa bed and a round table with two chairs. The room is divided from the kitchen by a crystal wall. The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped. There is a naturally lighted bathroom with a basin and a bath tub. The apartment is also equipped with cable TV (LCD) and air conditioning.
Although inside Lisbon's Bairro Alto quarters, the building has a great sun exposure and all apartments have awesome natural light. In spring and summer days, the combination of clarity and warmth of the Lisbon's light with the freshness given by the air conditioning, ensures an idyllic atmosphere in the apartments.
All apartments are suitable for short or long term rentals depending on the availability. However, minimum rental period is one week.
